Natural raw honey does not expire when properly preserved (airtight container, preferably glass, kept away from heat and light helps to maintain its quality and longevity) The combination of low water activity, high sugar content, acidity, and antibacterial properties makes honey a naturally long-lasting food. You may, however, see changes in the color and texture over time since it’s a natural product.
Raw Honey may be stored in either the pantry or refrigerator. It does not need to be refrigerated, but we recommend refrigerating if the honey will be stored more than a few months before it is completely consumed.
This product is home produced & processed and has not been inspected by the Department of Health.
Honey should not be consumed by infants under one year of age.
