Sourced from apiaries nestled in the Koʻolau mountain foothills on Oʻahu, this 100% raw, unfiltered honey reflects the wild, seasonal blooms of Hawaiʻi’s uplands. The island’s unique rainfall patterns shape the blossoms that thrive each year, giving every harvest its own distinct character. This year’s spring harvest produced a dark-colored honey with a bold, pungent flavor and astringent finish. The bees captured nectar from eucalyptus, wildflower and java plum blossoms. Notes of ripe fruit and miso-like umami unfold into a savory richness, creating a flavor reminiscent of salted caramel.

We never heat-treat our honey, ensuring the every jar is rich in natural antioxidants, enzymes, vitamins and minerals — supporting immune health and overall wellness. Natural raw honey does not expire when properly preserved (airtight container, preferably glass, kept away from heat and light helps to maintain its quality and longevity) The combination of low water activity, high sugar content, acidity, and antibacterial properties makes honey a naturally long-lasting food. You may, however, see changes in the color and texture over time since it’s a natural product. 
Raw Honey may be stored in either the pantry or refrigerator. It does not need to be refrigerated, but we recommend refrigerating if the honey will be stored more than a few months before it is completely consumed.
This product is home produced & processed and has not been inspected by the Department of Health.
Honey should not be consumed by infants under one year of age.
