Harvested in the summer of 2024, our Wahiawā Honey is light-colored with notes of brown sugar and vanilla. Our bees in this apiary are attracted to the fragrant & fluffy flowers of the Albizia tree. They’ve created a delicate flavor that’s slow to crystallize and easy to drizzle on all your favorite snacks.

You may, however, see changes in the color and texture over time since it’s a natural product. Raw Honey may be stored in either the pantry or refrigerator. It does not need to be refrigerated, but we recommend refrigerating if the honey will be stored more than a few months before it is completely consumed.This product is home produced & processed and has not been inspected by the Department of Health.Honey should not be consumed by infants under one year of age.
